How It Works
Simple 4-Step Process:
Step 1: Order Your Kit
Choose the right test(s) for your animal(s) from our online shop. We’ll courier a complete sample collection Kit directly to you, anywhere in South Africa.
A return collection fee is automatically included at checkout, or you can choose to return the Kit yourself.
We offer free courier services for orders over R3500
Step 2: Collect Your Sample
Once your Kit arrives, simply follow the easy, step-by-step Packaging Instructions to collect a fresh sample. Everything you need is included in the Kit.
Step 3: Return Your Kit
When you’re ready to send your Kit back, contact us to return your Kit and we’ll book a courier to collect your Kit on the date you provide. If you’ve opted to return the Kit yourself, return the Kit when you are ready.
Please note that we will only process samples that have been ordered and paid for. To avoid weekend delays, collections will not be scheduled on Thursdays or Fridays.
Contact us for possible delivery alternatives if you’re planning on sending more than 30 samples.
Step 4: Receive Your Results
Within a few business days of receiving your sample, we’ll email you a detailed report. Your results will be easy to understand, helping you make informed treatment decisions.
